Duties & Responsibilities:

Organizational Change Management:

• Investigate and analyze operational changes.

• Contribute to change management plans.

• Engage stakeholders in implementing changes.

Supplier Management:

• Collect and analyze supplier performance data.

• Monitor and report supplier performance, security compliance, and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure contract compliance and resolve performance issues.

• Implement service improvement initiatives.

Contract Management:

• Act as a liaison between the organization and suppliers.

• Collect contract performance data and generate reports.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

• Manage issues, resolutions, and lessons learned.

• Implement stakeholder communication plans.

• Collect feedback to improve relationships.

Product & Vendor Evaluation:

• Assist in selecting and evaluating products and vendors.

• Follow established processes for vendor assessment.

• Work with IT professionals to understand requirements.

Vendor Management:

• Maintain partnerships with multiple vendors.

• Ensure compliance with reporting and record-keeping.

• Monitor supplier performance and address discrepancies.

• Develop quality standards for vendor selection.

Requirements:

Education (Essential):

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 2 years of relevant experience.

• Alternatively, 6 years of progressive expertise in related functions.

Experience (Essential):

• Developing contracts and sourcing strategies.

• Creating Statements of Work, Requests for Quote, and Requests for Proposal.

• Monitoring contractor performance and quality control.

• Managing vendor relationships.

Experience (Desirable):

• Familiarity with NATO/NCIA procurement regulations.

• Experience in an international environment with military/civilian components.

• Knowledge of NATO structure, ACO, and ACT.

Certifications (Desirable):

• Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP)

• Certified Supplier Relationship Management Professional (CSMP)

• Certified Contract Management Professional (CCMP)
