C004301 , Senior Technician - Service Delivery 

Duties & Role:

• Provide first and second-level support for end-user ICT assets, including MS365-enabled devices.

• Conduct equipment testing for incoming/outgoing supply lines; document serviceability status.

• Perform staging of end-user devices using Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) and relevant tools.

• Update inventory databases to reflect accurate asset management.

• Enroll and hand out staged devices to end users.

• Investigate and resolve technical issues using a systematic approach.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of implemented ICT technologies.

• Support superiors with technical input and recommendations.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements Description:

Essential Qualifications:

• Higher vocational training in a relevant field with 2 years of post-related experience
  — or — Secondary education with 4 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in ICT Service Management tools (e.g., Microsoft Configuration Manager).

• Solid knowledge of recent Windows OS and standard desktop applications (e.g., MS 365, MS Office, Adobe).

• Strong understanding of IT hardware and auxiliary computer equipment.

• Broad knowledge of computer network technologies in a Microsoft Windows environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST).

• ITIL certification in Service Operations.

• Prior experience in international, military/civilian hybrid work environments.

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
