HR Specialist – Wellbeing and Inclusion

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Lead ongoing Wellbeing and Inclusion (W&I) projects, including:

    • Wellbeing Fairs 2026

    • Development and rollout of an Agency Psychological Safety approach

  2. Manage Wellbeing and Inclusion Communities:

    • Oversee all activities and communications

    • Ensure alignment with agency strategy and consistency across communities

    • Identify opportunities for collaboration

  3. Support the development of the 2025 Annual Wellbeing and Inclusion Report:

    • Collect and analyze relevant data

    • Upskill relevant stakeholders

  4. Develop and deliver W&I briefings and awareness sessions:

    • Support learning approach and material development

    • Collaborate with the Corporate Academy

  5. Coordinate creation of internal and external communications materials, such as:

    • Brand identity packs for Staff Resource Groups (SRGs)

    • How2Guides, checklists, brochures, toolkits

  6. Lead and support other Organizational Development & Change (OD&C) activities as needed for CPO Operational Plan commitments


Role Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in wellbeing and inclusion

  • Minimum 3 years managing and empowering Staff Resource Groups

  • Minimum 3 years coordinating, delivering, and supporting W&I projects

  • Experience engaging stakeholders at all levels, including leadership, on W&I topics

  • Excellent verbal and written English

  • Fast learner, able to quickly grasp new W&I strategies and concepts

  • Organized, proactive, self-motivated, with a positive growth mindset

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience managing and delivering change projects in wellbeing and inclusion

  • Experience organizing, managing, and delivering team effectiveness interventions

  • Broad knowledge of Human Resources, ideally across multiple HR themes

  • Previous experience using SharePoint


Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Strong project management and coordination skills

  • Ability to develop learning and communication materials

  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement and empowerment

  • Knowledge of organizational development, wellbeing, and inclusion strategies
