Duties

• Create, update, and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for CSU Torrejón in support of CAOC TJ.

• Maintain accurate configuration documentation, including network diagrams and rack layouts.

• Manage and control mobile phone lines and terminals.

• Act as Software Licence Manager for the CSU, ensuring proper tracking and compliance.

Requirements

• Practical experience in Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) in line with ITIL practices.

• Practical experience creating and editing IT drawings using MS Visio.

• Practical experience working as a software licence manager.

• Full-time on-site availability in Torrejón, Spain.

• Valid NATO Secret security clearance.
