Assurance Portfolio Project Management Support

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Assurance Portfolio Management Support

  • Assist in the management of the Assurance Portfolio.

  • Perform administrative tasks including:

    • Tracking portfolio activities.

    • Managing data and portfolio tools.

    • Preparing data-driven reports.

  • Gather and analyse portfolio data to support quality improvements.

  • Maintain and improve Assurance Tracking Tool dashboards and boards.


2. Project Assurance Intake Support

  • Support the project assurance intake process.

  • Perform administrative activities such as tracking and reporting.

  • Assist in assurance requirements and criteria assessment.

  • Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and planning activities.


3. Reporting for Services and Projects

  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.

  • Update project status and information in the project management tool.

  • Prepare project overviews for monthly execution meetings with branch management.

  • Maintain and update KPI dashboards.


4. Assurance Framework (AF) Management

  • Assist with the management and improvement of the Assurance Framework.

  • Support automation of repetitive tasks within the framework.

  • Recommend best practices to optimize Assurance Framework processes and methods of work.


5. Branch Administrative Support

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to service delivery operations, including:

    • Purchasing activities

    • Travel coordination

    • Meeting organization

  • Liaise with the management branch for coordination and support.


Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must have:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in:

    • Portfolio or project management support, OR

    • Assistant Service Delivery Manager role, OR similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of business application technologies and platforms.

  • Knowledge of IT service management best practices.

  • Experience with:

    • Incident and problem management

    • Service level management

    • Continuous service improvement

  • Familiarity with ITIL or similar ITSM frameworks.

  • Experience managing vendor relationships.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong customer relationship management ability.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to make data-driven decisions.


Desired Experience

  • Experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or Test Manager.

 

  • Hybrid work: Possible after minimum 30 days onboarding, up to 2 remote days per week within the Netherlands (subject to supervisor approval).
