ICT Project Manager
Brussels, BE

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of ICT projects (planning, execution, monitoring, delivery) in line with scope, time, and budget

  • Implement new IT systems and software solutions aligned with business needs

  • Coordinate security accreditation activities for projects

  • Develop and maintain key project documentation (e.g. Project Initiation Documents, reports, risk/issue registers)

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and project boards

  • Organize and lead project meetings and governance activities

  • Manage resources, budget, risks, quality, and business continuity across multiple projects

  • Ensure compliance with NATO ICT policies and project management processes (PRINCE2)


Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT project management

  • Proven experience with security accreditation processes

  • Background in software development environments

  • Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure and security services (e.g. directory services, databases, PKI, firewalls)

  • Experience with project management methodologies (PRINCE2 or similar)

  • University degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience)

  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working in an international environment

  • Fluent English (advanced level)

  • Valid NATO SECRET clearance


Desirable Skills

  • Experience with contract or SLA management

  • Exposure to cloud migration projects and/or AI implementations

  • Strong ability to lead workshops, meetings, and presentations
