Senior Project Manager

Role

Lead and deliver medium-scale projects end-to-end (initiation to closure) within a NATO environment. Own delivery, stakeholder management, budget, risks, and contract performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle (scope, planning, delivery, closure)
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure delivery within time, cost, and quality constraints
• Handle risk management, change control, and project reporting
• Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders
• Act as single point of contact for stakeholders
• Manage contract performance and KPIs in coordination with contract officers
• Support decision-making and ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Contribute to other projects and support senior PMs when needed

Requirements (Essential)

• Degree 3 years experience OR 10 years relevant experience
• 3 years recent experience in project management (large organisations)
• Strong experience with:
  • Project planning, budgeting, and resource management
  • Project management tools
  • Leading cross-functional teams (ideally international)
• PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent (or strong experience instead)
• NATO Secret clearance

Nice to Have

• Experience in C4ISR projects
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar tools
• Knowledge of NATO procurement / acquisition processes
• Experience in military or international environments
• Understanding of NATO structure (ACO/ACT)

• Location: Braine-l’Alleud (BE), on-site
• Travel: 1–2x/month occasional operational travel
