Duties

• Manage and configure devices using Microsoft Intune
• Deploy applications and software updates
• Set up and maintain security and compliance policies
• Monitor device health and fix issues
• Provide technical support (L2/L3) for device-related problems
• Automate tasks using scripts
• Manage full device lifecycle (setup, usage, retirement)
• Generate reports on device usage and compliance
• Work with IT teams and document processes

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune / M365 device management
• Experience with device security, compliance, and conditional access
• Good troubleshooting and support skills
• Experience with automation/scripting
• Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure/M365)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Fluent English

Mandatory:

• NATO Secret clearance
• Must be based in a NATO country
• Available for mostly remote work (Brussels team hours)
