Role Overview

You will support the integration of security services across NATO systems and projects, ensuring compliance with security policies and contributing to the design, implementation, and accreditation of secure infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all project activities comply with NATO security policies
• Support design and implementation of security infrastructure and centralized security services
• Contribute to security accreditation documentation and templates
• Troubleshoot and support integration of security services with systems and sites
• Configure systems and networks for security monitoring where central integration is not possible
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders across projects
• Stay up to date with security technologies and NATO security requirements
• Provide general support on security-related activities

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, with 3 years’ relevant experience
  (or 5 years’ relevant experience without a degree)
• Strong experience in:
  • Security monitoring, PKI, network forensics, network discovery
  • Network security architecture design
  • Evaluating security tools and technologies
• Knowledge of UNIX and Windows system administration
• Solid understanding of:
  • Network and system security
  • Authentication protocols and cryptography
  • Application security and malware protection
• Ability to assess risks and define mitigation plans
• Strong technical writing skills (clear reports, findings, remediation plans in English)

Desirable Skills

• Experience working in international or military environments
• Knowledge of NATO structure and organization
