Duties
- Act as the primary customer contact for service discussions, strategic engagement, and escalations.
- Manage business intake and monitor price-proposal development for PoWs and UCRs.
- Track requests throughout the project lifecycle and communicate progress to sponsors.
- Participate in project-status reviews covering PoWs, UCRs, and CRFs.
- Coordinate Project Highlight Reports, including timely release and project closure.
- Ensure customer purchase orders are received on time.
- Coordinate with Finance to issue invoices according to agreements.
- Manage relationships with sponsors and NCIA stakeholders.
- Resolve issues and ensure customer requests are assigned and answered promptly.
Essential requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree plus at least 5 years of related experience, or equivalent qualifications and relevant professional or military experience.
- Strong knowledge of project- and service-management principles.
- Project management and in-service support planning experience.
- Experience developing, acquiring, implementing, or sustaining major Command and Control systems or programmes.
- Experience preparing, managing, and promoting service proposals.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, briefing, and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-planning tools.
- NATO Secret clearance.
Desirable background
- Account-management experience in a business or military organisation relevant to NATO.
- Experience working with NATO-related customers, programmes, or operational environments.
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Arrangement: Full-time on-site
