Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage knowledge management databases
- Capture, classify, and organise information and documentation
- Provide administrative support to teams and managers
- Assist in planning and coordinating meetings
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling (individual & group)
- Coordinate and support office operations and workflows
- Prepare and distribute reports and status updates
- Maintain office policies, procedures, and documentation
- Manage equipment requests, service agreements, and support services
- Develop and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Liaise across departments to support smooth operations
Education Requirements
- Higher vocational training with 2 years’ experience, OR
- Secondary education with 4 years’ experience in a relevant field
Experience Requirements
- Experience in an office or administrative environment
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in:
- Calendar and scheduling tools

Other Key Requirements
- Active NATO SECRET clearance (mandatory)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work full-time on-site in The Hague

- 100% on-site role
- Normal office environment
- Contract: June 2026 – December 2026
- Total scope: 836 hours (~5–6 months full-time equivalent)
