Main Duties
- Manage and maintain filing systems (electronic and physical).
- Support knowledge management and information sharing.
- Provide administrative support to the CSSC and leadership.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Prepare, track, and distribute official documents and correspondence.
- Draft and verify official letters and Memoranda for Decision (MfDs).
- Support onboarding and offboarding of personnel.
- Maintain vehicle fleet records and visitor badge records.
- Prepare and distribute standard reports.
- Support SharePoint and other office tools.
- Act as backup for Learning Officer and/or Information Knowledge Management focal point.
- Liaise and communicate with stakeholders.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
Education
- Higher vocational training 3 years relevant experience, or
- Secondary education 5 years relevant experience.
Experience
- Working independently and handling confidential information.
- Drafting minutes, reports, and official documents.
- Planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and SharePoint).
- Experience with an ERP system.
- Building relationships across departments and levels.
