Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications and software solutions.
Build and maintain data pipelines, databases, and data engineering solutions.
Design and implement data models and ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
Develop and optimize business intelligence reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Analyze data, develop analytical models, and support data-driven decision-making.
Transform, integrate, and manage data from multiple sources.
Monitor software performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
Collaborate with technical teams to review code, improve solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
Evaluate user experience, collect feedback, and recommend system improvements.
Ensure compliance with development standards, information management policies, and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
Experience as a Backend Engineer, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar technical role.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, C#, or a similar language.
Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g. SQL Server).
Experience building data pipelines, data models, and data engineering solutions.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Grafana, or R Shiny.
Knowledge of business intelligence, analytics, and reporting.
Familiarity with user experience metrics and usability evaluation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
ITIL Foundation, DevOps Foundation, or relevant software development certifications are desirable.
Previous experience in an international or NATO environment is an advantage.
Active NATO Secret Security Clearance (required).
