Business Assistant (RPMO)
Duties
- Provide administrative support for project boards, teams, and review meetings.
- Help managers plan resources and coordinate recruitment; use planning and scheduling tools to track this work.
- Support the budget cycle, help develop and monitor departmental budgets, and analyse budget and project execution variances.
- Prepare monthly reports and analyse data for quarterly reports.
- Act as Learning Officer, supporting training requests from start to finish and managing training funding.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative and coordination roles involving financial, resource, or project management.
- MS Office training certification and expert user experience.
- Experience with Oracle Project Model, preferably within NCIA.
- Power BI certification or demonstrable expert ability to build dashboards and maintain their data sources.
- Expert SharePoint skills, including site content management, design, security, metadata, web parts, and version control.
- Expert user knowledge of ServiceNow.
- NATO Secret security clearance.
Assignment details: Full-time on-site in Brussels, Belgium, with possible quarterly travel to Braine-l’Alleud or The Hague. The stated period is 1 November–30 December 2026, with a total scope of 300 hours.
