Duties

  • Coordinate and support Business Intake processes (Demand Forecast, CRFs) with stakeholders and leadership
  • Provide administrative support to project boards, assurance teams, and quality review meetings
  • Plan, schedule, track, and report project/service execution using portfolio and project tools
  • Compile and distribute reports via NCIA dashboards and reporting tools
  • Support time accounting and monitor timesheets
  • Provide guidance on project/service management tools, processes, and best practices

Business Administration

  • Provide general administrative support to teams and meetings, including follow-ups
  • Participate in meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Manage intranet files/libraries and reporting
  • Guide teams on administrative tools, procedures, and processes

Internal Controls

  • Review and evaluate audit trails of operational processes
  • Support testing and analysis of internal controls
  • Apply technology-based solutions to control processes
  • Maintain documentation for internal controls
  • Recommend improvements to internal control frameworks

Requirements

  • Education:
    • Higher vocational training 3 years relevant experience, or
    • Secondary education 5 years relevant experience
  • Experience & Knowledge:
    • Coordination experience in financial, workforce, and project management (customer-funded environment)
    • Experience in planning, execution, and reporting of related activities
    • Knowledge of ERP systems and project management tools/processes
    • Experience with ServiceNow
    • Experience in international (military civilian) environments
    • Understanding of NATO structure (ACO/ACT)
  • Other:
    • NATO Secret clearance required
    • Full-time on-site in Brunssum, NL
    • Equivalent NATO Grade: G15
