Duties
- Manage the lifecycle of assigned endpoint-security products.
- Develop and maintain security policies, baselines, configurations, exclusions, and exceptions.
- Lead Trellix upgrades at least every two months across Windows laptops, workstations, VDI environments, and Windows/Linux servers.
- Test and implement NATO endpoint-security policies.
- Optimize endpoint-security policies and resolve performance problems.
- Support incident response, the Service Desk, and other CSU teams.
- Troubleshoot Trellix-related incidents and problems with other IT administrators.
- Provide expert guidance on endpoint-security architecture and engineering.
- Ensure configurations follow industry best practices and established approval processes.
- Create SOPs and technical documentation.
- Improve endpoint-security processes, standards, and governance continuously.
Required skills and experience
- Recent hands-on experience implementing and managing the full Trellix product range, including threat prevention, application control, host firewall, DLP, and drive encryption.
- Experience supporting Windows end-user devices, Windows servers, and Linux servers.
- Service-delivery experience in a complex, ITIL-based environment with high availability requirements.
- Ability to analyze security events, logs, alerts, and endpoint data exchanges.
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and knowledge-sharing abilities.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of technical issues, and apply strong analytical judgment.
Working arrangement: Predominantly on-site; limited remote work of up to one day per week.
