DCO Tracking Support
Role: DCO Tracking Support — NCIA/NCSC
Main duties
- Review vulnerability scans weekly, assess their impact and prioritise remediation.
- Create remediation plans and help system administrators fix findings and harden operating systems, databases and networks.
- Build and maintain a central vulnerability database, automated data pipelines and Power BI or Grafana dashboards.
- Track remediation progress, coordinate with site administrators and system owners, and chair technical meetings.
- Produce weekly/monthly reports, document developed tools and provide a final closure report.
Essential requirements
- 5 years in vulnerability management, including proven experience within the last 6 months.
- 3 years validating contracted deliveries against security requirements and intended use cases.
- Strong cybersecurity knowledge and practical experience with scanners such as Nessus, Qualys or OpenVAS.
- Experience managing large volumes of security scan data and building reporting pipelines.
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Power BI (including DAX) or Grafana, and Python or PowerShell.
- Strong communication, analysis, writing and independent/team working skills.
- English at NATO STANAG 6001 Level 3 or above.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications, such as CISM, CISSP or GIAC.
- Related bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience; exceptionally, 10 years of extensive, progressive relevant expertise may substitute for the degree.
- NATO Secret security clearance.
Desirable
- Data analytics/BI certifications, such as PL-300 or Grafana certification.
- Knowledge of NATO security policies.
- Experience supporting military or government organisations.
Contract details
- Location: Mons, Belgium — full-time on-site; occasional remote work requires approval.
- Occasional travel to NATO/NCIA locations, mainly Brussels.
