Duties

• Implement and maintain ICT end systems within a large organization.

• Configure, maintain, and optimize both hardware and software.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to end-users.

• Manage and administer Windows-based environments (servers and clients) across distributed networks.

• Oversee and maintain network infrastructure.

• Administer and support enterprise IT services such as DNS, Active Directory, and related critical services.

• Operate, configure, and maintain collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business).

• Automate deployments, administrative tasks, and operational procedures using scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, etc.).

• Conduct regular IT infrastructure maintenance and problem resolution.

• Support virtualization environments (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V).

• Apply knowledge of databases, management, and metadata standards to ensure system interoperability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in ICT systems implementation and maintenance within a large organization.

• Strong technical expertise in hardware and software configuration.

• Ability to work independently and apply problem-solving skills effectively.

• Proven experience in virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V).

• Demonstrated experience with Windows environments and distributed systems.

• Solid background in network infrastructure management.

• Familiarity with enterprise IT services (DNS, Active Directory, etc.).

• Knowledge and practical use of collaboration tools (Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business).

• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Python).

• Understanding of database operations and standards.

• Track record of troubleshooting and maintaining IT infrastructure.
