Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver technical and role-based training (operational & managerial) to adult learners
- Design and deliver training aligned with NATO standards and policies
- Develop, adapt, and maintain learning materials and course content
- Continuously improve training delivery methods and subject matter expertise
- Deliver training to both technical specialists and non-technical audiences
- Support performance improvement through effective learning solutions
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and blended learning approaches
- Contribute to ongoing training evaluation and improvement

- Baseband systems and modems (routing, switching, modulation)
- Testing & maintenance tools (spectrum analysers, power meters, etc.)
- Ability to:
- Translate complex technical topics into clear training content
- Deliver engaging and effective learning experiences
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and test procedures
Desirable Experience
- Experience in NATO SATCOM operations or exercises
- Background in military or defence environments
- Experience delivering training in operational/deployed contexts
Other Key Requirements
- Active NATO SECRET clearance (mandatory)
- Fluent English (training delivery level required)
- Ability to work full-time on-site

- Location: Oeiras, Portugal
- 100% on-site role
- Normal working environment
- Contract: June 2026 – December 2026
- Total scope: 800 hours (~5 months full-time equivalent)
