Integration Security Engineer

Key Duties

• Ensure project compliance with NATO security policies and approved security standards.
• Support the design and implementation of security infrastructure and centralized security services.
• Prepare security accreditation documentation and templates.
• Troubleshoot security service integration with technical teams.
• Configure systems and network devices for security monitoring where centralized integration is not possible.
• Maintain knowledge of NATO security policies and emerging security technologies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams on security integration activities.
• Perform other security engineering duties as required.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related technical field with 3 years of relevant experience, or
• 5 years of extensive relevant experience without a degree.

Technical Skills

• Security monitoring, PKI, network forensics, and network discovery.
• Network security architecture design.
• Security product evaluation and research.
• UNIX and Windows system/network administration.
• System and network security, authentication, security protocols, cryptography, application security, and malware protection.
• Risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Technical documentation and report writing.

Desirable

• Experience working in international military/civilian environments.
• Knowledge of NATO organization and structure.

Other

• NATO Secret security clearance.
• Full-time, on-site in The Hague.
