Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and business-related projects within the Project Management, Plans & Requirements team.
Maintain and monitor project schedules, milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements with internal teams, Customers, and external companies.
Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, reports, action trackers, and project status information throughout the project lifecycle.
Support project managers in monitoring project progress, dependencies, and resource allocation activities.
Identify, track, and escalate project risks, issues, and mitigation actions to ensure continuity and successful delivery.
Coordinate procurement-related activities and assist with administrative and contractual support tasks when required.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, management, Customers, and external stakeholders.
Utilize project management and scheduling tools to track activities, integrations, and project performance.
Support project lifecycle activities from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Ensure compliance with organizational procedures, security requirements, and documentation standards.
Provide on-site support across locations within the GAoR in the Netherlands and Germany as required.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 5–10 years of proven professional experience as a Project Coordinator and/or Project Manager.
Demonstrated hands-on experience supporting and coordinating projects in operational environments, not limited to remote or administrative project management activities.
Professional certification in Project Management; PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is preferred.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams within complex project environments.
Strong knowledge of project coordination methodologies, scheduling, reporting, and risk management processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management/scheduling tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to manage priorities under tight timelines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multinational and multicultural environments.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Possession of a valid NATO Secret Security Clearance at contract start date.
Desirable Requirements
Previous experience supporting NATO or international government/military organizations.
Experience working within IT infrastructure, integration, or enterprise service environments.
Familiarity with procurement coordination and resource planning activities.
Experience working across geographically dispersed teams and multiple project sites.
