Role Overview
You will support the delivery of projects as a Co-Project Manager, working alongside senior project managers. The role focuses on project coordination, risk management, and contract support within a structured and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, including transition to operations
- Monitor costs, timelines, quality, and resources, taking corrective actions when needed
- Apply project management methodologies, tools, and governance processes
- Support risk management activities (identify, assess, mitigate, and report risks)
- Assist with change control, project monitoring, and quality assurance processes
- Act as a point of contact for contract management with suppliers
- Support collection and reporting of contract performance data
- Produce standard reports on project and contract performance
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2 years’ experience
(or 6 years’ relevant experience without a degree) - Recent experience in project management of C4ISR projects within a large organisation
- Experience with project management tools and managing cost, resources, and budgeting (preferably ServiceNow)
- Experience in project administration (resource planning, financial tracking, budgeting)
- Recognised project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) or equivalent experience
Desirable Skills
- Experience leading or supporting cross-functional teams
- Experience in international environments
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Risk management certification (e.g. APMG MoR)
