Lead Network Engineer

Acts as the senior technical authority, responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise networking across a hybrid environment spanning Agency’s Campus infrastructure and multiple public cloud platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This profile provides technical leadership and ensures resilient, secure, and scalable connectivity across all environments. Key responsibilities include:

• Design, configure and operate enterprise network, cloud connectivity and network security services across Campus and multi-cloud environments
• Lead lifecycle management of network infrastructure components, including upgrades, security remediation and operational maintenance
• Act as senior escalation point for major incidents, troubleshooting and root cause analysis related to network and connectivity services
• Ensure coordinated execution of network infrastructure changes and assessment of cross-environment operational impacts
• Monitor operational performance and support compliance with agreed SLAs, KPIs and security requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to network resilience, automation, optimisation and operational efficiency
• Provide technical guidance and act as the main technical counterpart for the contracting authority on enterprise network and connectivity services.

 Requirement: Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Core or higher.
