Microsoft System Centre Stack Engineer (ECAM)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare MECM architecture designs, implementation documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Implement and administer a high-availability MECM Primary Site supporting more than 15 remote locations
• Deploy and configure SCOM infrastructure based on provided designs across distributed environments
• Establish and maintain secure HTTPS communication across the MECM hierarchy
• Integrate newly implemented MECM environments with existing infrastructures for patch management purposes
• Implement and manage segmented security roles for geographically distributed locations
• Automate MECM deployment and administration tasks using PowerShell scripting
• Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of MECM and SCOM environments
• Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams to ensure reliable and secure system operations
• Provide technical documentation, operational support, and knowledge transfer where required
• Support occasional TDY activities to remote locations within Belgium

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with MECM design, implementation, and administration in large distributed enterprise environments
• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing and administering Microsoft SCOM solutions
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory integration and administration for MECM and SCOM environments
• Excellent PowerShell scripting skills for automation and deployment activities
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration
• Good understanding of enterprise networking concepts and infrastructure
• Industry networking certification such as Cisco CCNA is considered an advantage
• Experience with secure HTTPS configuration and enterprise systems integration
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in international and security-sensitive environments
• Active NATO Secret clearance required
