1. Portfolio, Programme and Project Support

  • Ensure effective delivery of support services across portfolios and projects.

  • Apply and recommend control solutions for planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.

  • Configure and maintain project management tools (e.g., MS Project, ServiceNow).

  • Provide guidance on procedures, processes, and project management techniques.

  • Offer advice on the development of individual project proposals.

2. HSMO (Information Management) Tasks

  • Maintain and update information registers.

  • Support users in locating, saving, and organizing information according to guidance.

  • Escalate information-handling issues to senior team members.

  • Conduct basic data-quality activities (file naming corrections, metadata updates).

3. Resource Management

  • Assist in planning, coordination, and control of project resources.

  • Support proper allocation and monitoring of resources to meet deadlines.

  • Coordinate with Resource Managers on availability.

  • Assist with onboarding and staffing coordination.

4. Business Administration

  • Gather and provide information supporting ongoing team processes.

  • Plan and prepare meetings.

5. Customer-Facing Duties

  • Provide information on organizational services, facilities, and procedures.
