Main Duties
- Support planning and budgeting activities, including business execution plans and financial reports.
- Monitor budgets, costs, revenues, and financial performance; identify and resolve budget deviations.
- Prepare financial analyses, reports, and dashboards for management.
- Track purchase orders, workforce costs, project execution, and time bookings.
- Review financial aspects of project price proposals.
- Support resource planning, workload allocation, and timesheet compliance.
- Maintain procurement plans and coordinate with service owners.
- Help improve business processes and ensure financial controls are followed.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with budget planning and financial management (preferred).
- Experience with resource planning and personnel management (preferred).
- Basic understanding of cost accounting.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, or similar) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience working in an international, military/civilian environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of the NCI Agency is desirable.
- Experience in customer-funded organizations, business process improvement, and stakeholder coordination is an advantage.

- Travel: Up to 50 days within Belgium per year
