Work arrangement: Full-time, on-site
Security clearance: NATO Secret

Main Duties

  • Implement and administer cybersecurity policies, settings, and tools.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for secure web proxies, web application firewalls, email gateways, remote-access VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Regularly represent CISS in the ESOC.
  • Support other NISC work centres when needed.
  • Perform other related duties.

Requirements

  • Relevant higher vocational training with four years of related experience, or secondary education with six years of related experience.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining enterprise networks.
  • Experience managing DNS/DHCP, VPNs, secure gateways, proxies, firewalls, load balancers, WAFs, and intrusion-detection technologies.
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Cloud networking, operations, security, automation, and orchestration.
    • Zero Trust networking.
    • IT security frameworks and governance.
    • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
    • Cloud-based Secure Access Service Edge (SASE).
    • Secure cloud configurations.

Working Conditions

  • Normal office environment.
  • Some work outside regular office hours may be required.
  • Up to 50 TDY trips within Belgium per year.
