Main Duties
- Manage projects to deliver agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource plans, and stage plans.
- Coordinate and manage project resources, taking corrective actions when needed.
- Gather and analyse client requirements and resolve project issues.
- Prepare business cases, procurement strategies, risk/benefit analyses, and funding proposals.
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance, including Procure-to-Pay activities.
- Ensure quality assurance processes are applied throughout project delivery.
- Prepare project reports and brief senior leadership on project status.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
- Act as deputy for senior staff when required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 3 years of relevant experience; or
- At least 6 years of extensive relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management certification.
- Minimum 5 years of recent project management experience in a large organization (preferably international).
- Strong experience with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with Agile project management (Agile PM, Scrum).
- Experience with Service Management frameworks (ITIL v3/v4).
- Experience in supplier management, contract management, negotiations, and conflict resolution.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to brief senior management and deliver presentations to large audiences.
- Proactive approach to building trust and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

- International military and civilian working environments.

- Large-scale IT infrastructure projects, including:
- Data centres
