Duties
Project & Portfolio Support
- Support project, programme, and portfolio coordination.
- Assist with demand forecasting and customer requests.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Monitor timesheets and support project management tools.
- Provide guidance on project management processes and software.
Resource Management
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and resource planning.
- Track resource allocation using planning tools.
- Assist with resource transitions and compliance.
Administration
- Organize meetings, document action items, and provide administrative support.
- Manage files, intranet libraries, and reports.
- Support workplace productivity tools and procedures.
Budget & Financial Support
- Assist with budget planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Analyze budgets and identify inaccuracies.
- Support budget forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Ensure budgets align with business priorities.
Internal Controls & Governance
- Support audits and internal control reviews.
- Maintain internal control documentation.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Help ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements.
General
- Coordinate portfolio, budget, and workforce activities.
- Liaise with leadership and stakeholders.
- Support Business Execution Planning (BEP) and Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPRs).
- Perform other assigned duties and act as deputy for senior staff when required.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 2 years of related experience, or
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in place of a degree.
Experience
- Experience in:
- Financial management
- Workforce/resource management
- Project management
- Experience in customer-funded environments.
- Experience with planning, reporting, and project execution.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and project management tools/processes.
