Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and administration of multiple projects and programmes.
- Maintain project schedules, documentation, reports, and project management tools (e.g. MS Project, ServiceNow).
- Prepare presentations, status reports, and project review materials for management and stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, information registers, SharePoint sites, and document libraries.
- Assist with resource planning, allocation, and coordination with Resource Managers.
- Provide administrative support, including organizing meetings, travel, records, and office procedures.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone.
- Support project delivery activities, including change management, risk and issue tracking, and document control.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date.
- Perform other project support and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in project support, business administration, or project coordination.
- Strong experience supporting project planning, scheduling, reporting, and resource coordination.
- Experience managing documentation, SharePoint, records, and information management.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and project management tools such as MS Project and ServiceNow.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service mindset with experience supporting internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Active NATO Secret Security Clearance (required).
