Key Duties
- Manage inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and equipment maintenance.
- Support distribution and logistics planning to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Monitor shipments and resolve logistics or inventory issues.
- Maintain asset and property accounting records for CIS equipment.
- Support annual inventory inspections and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Process requisitions and receive goods using the Enterprise Business Application (EBA).
- Ship and receive equipment between support centers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Analyze asset management processes and recommend improvements.
- Ensure logistics support is delivered in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Essential Requirements
- Higher vocational training or secondary education.
- 2–4 years of experience in supply, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- NATO Secret security clearance.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) or CNAFS.
- Knowledge of NATO logistics regulations and organization.
- Experience working in an international military/civilian environment.
- Asset management certifications (IPSAS Asset Management and/or CAMP).
