Key Duties

  • Manage inventory records and monitor stock levels.
  • Coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and equipment maintenance.
  • Support distribution and logistics planning to ensure timely movement of goods.
  • Monitor shipments and resolve logistics or inventory issues.
  • Maintain asset and property accounting records for CIS equipment.
  • Support annual inventory inspections and investigate inventory discrepancies.
  • Process requisitions and receive goods using the Enterprise Business Application (EBA).
  • Ship and receive equipment between support centers, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze asset management processes and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure logistics support is delivered in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Essential Requirements

  • Higher vocational training or secondary education.
  • 2–4 years of experience in supply, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • NATO Secret security clearance.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) or CNAFS.
  • Knowledge of NATO logistics regulations and organization.
  • Experience working in an international military/civilian environment.
  • Asset management certifications (IPSAS Asset Management and/or CAMP).
