Senior Project Manager 

Role

Manage and deliver medium-scale projects end-to-end within a NATO environment. Responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder management, budget, risks, and contract performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle (initiation to closure)
• Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and quality
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure delivery within agreed constraints
• Handle change management and project reporting
• Act as main point of contact for stakeholders
• Drive stakeholder engagement and support decision-making
• Monitor and manage contract performance and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with processes, standards, and governance
• Contribute to additional project activities and support senior PMs

Requirements (Essential)

• Degree 3 years experience or 10 years relevant experience
• 3 years recent experience in project management in large organisations
• Strong experience in:
  • Project planning, budgeting, and resource management
  • Project management tools
  • Leading cross-functional teams (preferably international)
• PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent (or strong experience instead)
• NATO Secret clearance

Nice to Have

• Experience in C4ISR projects
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar tools
• Knowledge of NATO procurement/acquisition processes
• Experience in military/international environments
• Understanding of NATO structure (ACO/ACT)

• Duration: May – December 2026
• Travel: 1–2x/month occasional operational travel
