Duties:
- Manage and administer ServiceNow modules (DM, CSM, GRC, CIM) in line with SSBA guidance and in coordination with other Service Lines;
- Develop scripts and solutions to support the operation and maintenance of ServiceNow modules (DM, CSM, GRC, CIM);
- Apply techniques and methods for troubleshooting issues on ServiceNow platform;
- Develop and provide guidance for the creation and management of Servicenow reports;
- Act as third line support on ServiceNow and collaborate with other lines of support;
- Support the implementation of additional ServiceNow modules;
Requirements:
- It is essential the Contractor possess Software Engineering Skills:
- Systems Development –Programming/Software development:
- Extensive ServiceNow platform (DM, CSM, GRC and CIM) knowledge;
- Extensive experience developing solutions using JavaScript and ServiceNow REST API's;
- Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management;
- Experience with ServiceNow's MID Server, Flow Designer and App Engine Studio;
- Experience with Oracle Linux;
- Experience with MySQL;
- Language: English 3333 (Listening, speaking, reading and writing)
- Standard Automatic Data Processing Knowledge
- Word Processing: Advanced knowledge
- Spreadsheet: Working knowledge
- Graphics Presentation: Working knowledge
- E-mail clients/Web Browsers: Working knowledge.
