SharePoint & Knowledge Management Administrator
Duties
- Review the current SharePoint structure, permissions, and usage.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Collect and review ASO requirements.
- Redesign SharePoint pages to improve standardization, usability and user experience, using current IKM (Information Knowledge Management) best practices.
- Optimize navigation, document libraries, metadata structure, and content organization.
- Identify workflows and processes that can be automated.
- Implement automated workflows and processes.
- Review and implement role-based access controls and permission structures.
- Provide technical and functional documentation for the SharePoint handover.
- Present final result to ASO steering committee.
- The contractor will be reporting to the NCIA ASO.
- Steering committee meetings will be organised in the beginning and in the end of the project.
- Operationally, the contractor will work closely with the ASO IKM officers.
- Regular working meetings will be organised and coordinated during the project development.
Requirement
- For this specific project it is required that the contractor has demonstrated and proven skills, knowledge and experience in: SharePoint environments.
- For this specific project it is required that the contractor has demonstrated and proven skills, knowledge and experience in: UX/UI improvements within SharePoint.
- For this specific project it is required that the contractor has demonstrated and proven skills, knowledge and experience in: Implementing secure SharePoint environments for security-sensitive or regulated industries.
- For this specific project it is required that the contractor has demonstrated and proven skills, knowledge and experience in: English writing skills and the ability to brief work in English to a diverse audience.
- The contractor shall have a valid NATO Secret (NS) security clearance.
