Solutions Architect (EU secret clearance required)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, compliant IT solutions for classified and unclassified environments.

• Translate operational and capability requirements into robust technical architectures.

• Lead architectural decisions for command-and-control and secure communication systems.

• Ensure interoperability with legacy systems and alignment with defence frameworks (FMN, NAF, MAGERIT).

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including military and civil programme leads.

• Support system accreditation, risk assessments, and security audits.

• Produce architecture documentation, technical roadmaps, and integration plans.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience: 10 years in enterprise or solution architecture (defence or aerospace preferred).

• Strong knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate, and service-oriented architectures.

• Familiarity with virtualization and container-based solutions.

• Excellent command of English (French or other EU languages is a plus).

• Agile mindset and ability to adapt to new technologies and requirements.

• EU Secret security clearance is mandatory.

• Certifications preferred: TOGAF, ArchiMate, FMN, NAF, ITIL, PRINCE2, or PMI.
