Role Overview

The System Integrator will ensure technical coherence, integration, and lifecycle management of the Academy Learning Environment. The role focuses on aligning architecture, managing system dependencies, supporting capability onboarding, and ensuring operational stability within a structured, security-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure system integration and technical coherence across the Academy Learning Environment

  • Manage technical risks, dependencies, and lifecycle integration activities

  • Develop and maintain architectural alignment and technical roadmaps

  • Support capability onboarding and transition to service

  • Provide operational assurance to maintain service stability

  • Translate functional requirements into technical solutions and provide expert advice

  • Coordinate security compliance activities, including CISPIA alignment

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (nationally recognised) in a relevant discipline

  • Minimum 3 years post-degree professional experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in system integration, technical coordination, or lifecycle management in complex IT environments

  • Proven experience across multiple technical domains (applications, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity)

  • Experience managing integrations, system dependencies, and service transitions across full lifecycle

  • Experience working in structured, governance-driven and security-focused environments

Desirable Skills & Certifications

  • Formal training or demonstrated experience in system integration, enterprise systems, or technical architecture

  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)

  • Experience with cloud platforms, learning technologies, virtualised environments, or self-service lab solutions

  • Certification or experience with enterprise/solution architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)

  • Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT)

  • Experience in training, education, or mission-support CIS environments

  • Experience supporting security accreditation and compliance processes
