Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support change implementation activities within IT/NaaS environments
  • Assist with resource management and coordination
  • Maintain and manage information and documentation
  • Provide project support to technical teams and stakeholders
  • Perform administrative support tasks related to IT service delivery
  • Assist in tracking, updating, and reporting on IT service activities
  • Support structured processes aligned with IT service management (ITSM)

Working Conditions

  • Location: Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium
  • 100% on-site role
  • Normal office environment
  • Contract: June 2026 – December 2026
  • Total scope: 418 hours (~2.5–3 months full-time equivalent)
  • Travel: Up to 50 duty trips (TDY) within Belgium per year
