Duties

• The word "equipment" refers to: VoIP Phones, routers and switches.
• Connect equipment to electrical power.
• Connect network cables to the equipment.
• Replace the VoIP phones in each office and enter the IP settings on the VoIP phones.
• Install routers into their respective racks.
• Initial configuration of the equipment.
• Provide basic connectivity to allow the network engineer to finalize the equipment configuration.
• Action the SOP with regards to installation document in each location
• Communicate with NCI Agency Project Manager and
• Implementation Manager to share the status report of each location.
• Commute to all locations (All NATO countries, except Finland, and Montenegro)

Requirements

• Intermediate network knowledge.
• Experience with VoIP phones, routers and switches.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Be able to travel to all required locations
• NS security clearance.
• Proactively behaviour in dealing with project issues.
• 1 year of experience in international environment
